TheSOFiCADDetailingistheidealtoolfordesignersand
draftsmen,allowingthefastcreationofformworkandshop
drawings.
SOFiCADReinforcementisthemoderndrawingtoolusedto
generatereinforcementdrawingswithAutoCAD.
ThemodularsoftwareoftheSOFiSTiKAGsupportstheentire
planningprocess,startingwiththearchitectplans,from
whichthestructuralanalysisismade,uptotheconstructive
reinforcementforcivilengineering.
BAMTECusesindividualreinforcementcarpetsforconcrete
slabsinsteadofconventionalreinforcementwithmeshes.These
carpetsconsistofuniaxialstraightrebarsweltwith
transversestrips.Duetothefactthatthecarpetsare
producedindividuallyforanyplanandstructuralanalysis,
excessmaterialisalmostreducedtozero.Upto40%of
materialcanbesavedincomparisontoconventional
reinforcementmats.Afterthecarpetgeometrieswere
determinedintheengineeringoffice,SOFiCAD(optionalonthe
basisofaprecedingFinite-Elementanalysis,e.g.
SlabDesigner)isusedtoautomaticallygeneratethe
inspection-,manufacturing-androllout-plans.Simultaneously
tothisprocessthemachinecontrolfilesaregenerated.The
entireprocesschainforslabdesignandproductioniscovered
bytheprogramsSlabDesigner,SOFiCAD-reinforcementand
BAMTEC.Thiswillresultinmuchmoreeconomicalplanningand
construction.
TheSOFiCAD-Alignmentmoduleallowstheplanningofhighway
structuresaccordingtoalignments.Anarbitrarynumberof
alignments,includingtheiraxes,gradientsandcross-falls,
canbeimportedorexactlyre-drawn.Thesealignmentsarethen
takenasthebasisforthefurtherplanningprocess.

detailing.SOFiCAD-Sallowsgeneratinganycurrentsteel
