About Pest Patrol:

Where do these pests come from?
In some instances, these pests can be planted on your machine by "hackers"
. Such things as trojans, worms, or hostile applets are among the most common items
that arrive from the "outside". Other items can be brought into your network,
knowingly or unknowingly, by your own employees. In any event, as a webmaster or
system administrator, you should be aware that they exist... and that they can be a
source of disruption.
